Couldn’t resolve host name

So I have had this ps4 for a few years now. I have multiple accounts but specifically with apex I have my main account and my alt account for when I wanna play with my brother so he has fun instead of dying to sweats. Currently my alt account has no issues turning on and running the game but my main account where I spent all my money and time won’t go past the starting screen as it launches an error code saying 0x00000006 or couldn’t resolve host name. I have deleted the game and redownloaded it and made sure my system is up to date software but still having the same issue. I don’t know what to do currently but that account was the account I spent hours and hundreds of dollars on. Anyone know a solution?
