Solved

C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop\compatiblity32\EADesktop.

While Launching through EA Launcher getting a box pop up C:\Program Files\Electronic Arts\EA Desktop\EA Desktop\compatiblity32\EADesktop.exe

It seems to have fixed itself.. I bought a new pc and Apex and 2 other games were the only games I installed on it.. It doesn't seem to be showing up now for some reason.. I don't know how it is resolved but I am not going to complain. 🙂 lol
