Community ManagerSorry you feel that way @ArxGene but as I stated above, if our live support advisers have checked your account and there have been no logins form any other devices then this means that the action was down from the system you play on. Does anyone else have access to your system as if they were not used by you then someone else who has access to your system may have done it?

Noone else has access to the computer I play from! I live alone in the house and there is noone else could have done that.
