Apex Legends Crash

i was playing rank  top 5 more than 120 points match almost over and i got kick out of the game and you guys penalize me for it my internet is ethernet not wifi 1 gb no problem is not fair. I lost points and the match plus 10 min penalty i dont agree with this.
