it seems to be since their last update. at launching apex asked me to choose directX or directX 12, none of them makes the game working. Idk if DirectX is the problem......
Hi, thank you for the answer. Yes after some research I found it out too, but it's still crazy to me that a simple app like DS4 kept me away from playing
So what did you do to make game work again? Or did it not? You marked the other comment as a solution but I don't see any suggestions about acting on the problem. Thanks.
Simply start it without DS4 Windows. Apparently does the PS4 controller now work with Steam, so you don't need something else
Nice that you managed to solve the problem but I never used DS4. Just like any controller in general. So this doesn't help in my case.☹️
