Match making errors

So whenever I try to load into a match on, Apex doesn’t matter if it’s the firing range or just a regular match or even ranked, it will be stuck on matchmaking and it’ll just say “1 players in queue” and I’ve reinstalled the game boat twice now and tried fixing it and nothing is working.

And in the image, it’s been like that for about 15 to 20 minutes
