Crashing when teammates get finished

Friends game is crashing when someone on the team gets full killed. Doesn't happen when he dies or gets full killed, only teammates. He doesn't crash in mixtape game modes only BR. Doesn't crash from anything else. Only crashing when teammates get full killed, not knocked, full killed to death box. Crashes to desktop.

Looking for feedback of possible solutions or problems that would cause this please.
