Crazy Fps drop at Hammond Labs

OK so it's not exactly hammond labs but the place I'm talking about doesn't have a name. It's the building between Hammond Labs and Turbine. The one that you can zip up to and that has the waterfall. I have an RTX 2070, Ryzen 5 3600X and 16GB of DDR4-3600 RAM. Fairly decent. Still I play Apex with pretty low settings (Texture streaming budget is at 3GB and apart from that only Model Detail, Impact marks and effects are on high. Everything else like AA is turned off or on the lowest setting cause tbh I don't notice a difference while playing/fighting anyway. So I'll go for frames instead. This results in me basically having 143Fps (I have a 144Hz monitor but for some reason the in game overlay shows 143 but whatever) all the time EXCEPT for when I am close to that waterfall. Just being near it drops my Fps to around 100 and god forbid I look at it. My Fps drop as low as 67 which is in now way justified. I don't know WHAT you did with that Waterfall but it needs a fix. 👀👌🏼
