Crimson heirloom pack not working

I bought 2 of the crimson heirloom packs and opened both and got epic lifeline amd loba skin out of it and planned on getting the rest of the event. But then it said I purchased 0/20 so do I risk being scammed by ea and not getting my heirloom because they aren't helping me?
