Cross platform Friend finding issue

If you log into the EA Account on the account management website you should be able to view the connected accounts. If you scroll down a bit on that About Me page you'll see a Connected Accounts section. That should let you see the console accounts that have been linked with your EA Account.

@Crypto_xo1312 Thanks for the post, we're seeing quite a few folks reporting this, we've flagged it to QA for more info. I'm not aware of any player-side workarounds for now, but we'll let folks know when we hear anything.

@EA_DavidThis is a 2020 post and there is no fix for it yet? I'm in the same boat as everyone here. I play on my computer and I cant find my friend who play on xbox. my account is linked to my xbox account and i have him as a friend but he dosnt show in my friend list and i cant find his user name in game. He cant find my name eather in game.
