My cross platform play is disabled and greyed out and I can't enable it I've contacted EA help and they have no fix for this I've done everything they told me and it still doesn't work I have cross platform enabled on my xbox but nothing work they've told me it's a bug please help
Hi @PostManPatXD33 Are you on Gen 4 Xbox one or Gen 5 Series X/S? Can you try following the steps here, to ensure the console settings are not interfering?

im also having the same issue and i went to my xbox settings and it is saying that everything is enabled so i should be able to play with other platforms in my game but it keeps saying i need to allow access so i did but im still on xbox only servers and none of my settings are interfering with it and ive already tried nearly everything so if you got it fixed can you please tell me how.
