cross progession reset my account lvl to 44 and lost all cosmetics and heirlooms

None of my accounts were level 44 PSN i was 250+ wraith heirloom and a lot of cosmetics, xbox was around 80 with a few, and pc i was around 200 with Rampart and Wattson heirlooms and alot of cosmetics.

but all of that is gone now? I put alot of money and time in the game kinda feels like a waste to not at least try get my stuff back
