Cross progression apex legend Nintendo to PS4

I have played Apex Legends on Nintendo since it arrived (2021-03 something) and due to that I have not gone over to ps4 even though I now has one, because of rank and skins etc.
But with season 19 I thought it was time, keep my progression but now with better graphic 🙂.
So I created a PSN account (roughly a week ago) and yesterday I started Apex Legends on the PS4, and signed it on EA with my exisiting account (same as nintendo).
But so far 'm playing with rank 1 and none of my progress and "money" is transfered.
I thought that a as soon as I started Apex on the PS4 the progression from Nintendo should show up on PS4.
Could it be that I made the PSN account and connection to EA after the 26 of october or can the process to identify EA account on different platform be a bit slow?

Cross progression has not fully rolled out yet, they'll be rolling it out in waves to make sure everything is going smoothly.
This means that some players might already have their accounts merged whilst some others have not.
You'll have to wait until you get a pop-up in-game that indicates you've gotten cross progression, which should look like this:
