Cross progression apex legend Nintendo to PS4

Cross progression has not fully rolled out yet, they'll be rolling it out in waves to make sure everything is going smoothly.
This means that some players might already have their accounts merged whilst some others have not.
You'll have to wait until you get a pop-up in-game that indicates you've gotten cross progression, which should look like this:

Hello,
I played Apex on my Nintendo Switch for a long time.
I recently switched on a brand new computer, and I was glad because I knew that there was a cross progression system. So I thought that I would find all my stuff (my skins, my heirloom…) but I found nothing.
When I played for the first time on my computer I got the pop up about the cross progression but nothing in the loadout.
I just found a level 1 account…
I’m just wondering if I will get my stuff back.

  moved your post as it sounds like a cross progression issue. Hopefully a cm will be able to give you some guidance soon.
