We do not have any way to re-do Cross Progression, as it's already been active on all accounts for multiple years at this point. A merge pop-up was not required and really only existed during the initial couple months when Cross Progression was being added to accounts in waves. That just let players know it had taken place for their account, the pop-up itself was not required for that to occur. That said, we can definitely try to clarify what's going on with the situation.
Just so I'm understanding correctly, you can currently log into your PSN account and then your Steam account, and are seeing two completely different levels of progress on each? Or was that previously the case and you're now missing progress from one, but are seeing the same level on both?
From what I'm seeing currently, the EA account you're posting with has never logged into Apex on any PlayStation platform. Progress is stored at the EA account level and not individual platforms, so since you mentioned being around level 450 on PlayStation, that progress should be on a different EA account. While you mentioned both are linked to the same EA account now, was there another EA account it may have been linked to in the past?
