Account transfer issues

I used to play on my xbox a while ago under a different email than I use now on pc but I thought i transferred over emails and linked my xbox and pc accounts to the same EA account that im using now but when i go to play apex all of my data from the xbox is gone and I lost everything i had. None of the levels I had, skins, characters, etc. And when i try to link my xbox account to this account again, because from some reason it still shows its not linked it says that there already is a link to the same account.
