Cross Progression Confirmed - Discussion

Please help. I started playing Apex on PS4 since the year it came out (season 0) and i had been grinding non stop everyday until 2020. That year, I bought a PC and continue grinding on the Steam acc ever since. As you can see in the image, the steam acc (BELOW) has a higher level (after resetting the first time of level 500) which means based on the season 19 update notes, this will be the "Primary Account" to be merged. with 40K kills with Lifeline alone, 12.5M damage, etc. On my PS4 acc, i also have 40K kills on lifeline alone and 11M damage. Is Respawn saying that all of these stats on my PS4 acc will just disappear? If thats the case, it will be really upsetting as i have been spending WAY TOO MUCH time and energy building up those numbers. Its such a shame if all those would go to waste. I honestly am worried more for my stats rather than the cosmetics. :/  Cant Respawn just add those numbers? Any tips or suggestions for not just wiping out all of my effort? ☹️
