Cross Progression in Apex

About Cross Progression , if I have an EA account on PC and an Xbox account linked to another Ea account, how will it work?

Hey @Blasving7,

Cross Progression will only work within the same EA account.

If you're playing on two separate platforms and were hoping to take advantage of cross progression, you'd need to make sure all platforms you're playing on are linked to the same EA account.

If you're unable to unlink and re-link a particular platform, you can try reaching out to support for assistance with the linking process, but do keep in mind we cannot transfer any progress from one EA account to another.

@EA_Makoif I unlink my xbox account and link it to the EA account with which I want to merge, won’t I lose progress this xbox acoout?

Hi @Blasving7,

That's correct. Since the progress is stored on the EA account, you won't be able to take that to a different EA account.

If you're wanting the cross progression for your Xbox and PC accounts in the future however, you will need to get both of those moved to the same EA account.

Unfortunately that sounds like you'll be missing out on the progress from one account or the other, depending on which one you decide to unlink (if any).

can someone answer me this, I just got my pc and made my steam account after October 26 my main account will come over but I won’t be able to merge the items I made on my steam account or will I not be eligible for cross progression all together?

Will my ps4 items still transfer if i downloaded and linked apex to steam after the 26th? I have my old club in my username but im still level one

I unlinked an account before the Cross progression send off, I had the Xbox apex account since beta of apex legends Xbox Account: (Kazuki Naoki) and I relinked it to this account. I don't have any changes on my PC/Stream Account (Jin Ujime) and on my xbox it kinda worked It put me in my pc club but I can't access the legends and load out. When I play the game it lets me see my Xbox's account skins in the pre game character select but I can't use any of my legends and can't use my skins on the basic characters (They are the only ones unlocked) I cant use my guns skins either. I linked the account on October 24 2023

I'm having the same issue, i used to play on xbox but made a pc account and the wrong EA account got linked to my xbox. After responding to 20 emails from EA i was informed if i unlink my xbox and relink it i'll lose progress but i can't get any other help. Is there anyway to merge my EA accounts? From what I've gathered so far it seems i'm screwed but was hoping there was something i could do especially after spending a good amount of money on my xbox account.
