Have you ever unlinked your platform account from your EA account, or any other EA account? If so, I suggest contacting our support team to inquire about the date when your accounts were linked to see what happened. Unfortunately, we cannot view your account history here on the forums.
@EA_Pulsar I have never unlinked my accounts. They were linked on Oct 23rd I think.
