Cross Progression Issues

Apex Cross Progression is not working for my account. I have reached out many times to EA help and I keep getting different answers. I have been told it would be fixed, yet my cases get closed without a solution. I had a PS4 account and a PC account. I never received a prompt to merge either. I spent money on the PS4 account and would love access to it. I have asked to have my cases escalated or talk to a supervisor with no prevail. So can a real human at EA help me??

    Hey @JayRayDB04 

    Cross Progression was already completed. If your platform account was not included, it could mean that it has been linked to your EA account after Oct 26th. 

    As mentioned on our website, any secondary Apex Legends accounts created after Oct 26th for the same EA account, will not be eligible to be merged.

    I understand that your account may have been created long time ago, but it's actually the date when you linked your platform account and your EA account that determines cross progression transfer. Since your account was linked after Oct 26th, it's not eligible to be merged.
