Cross Progression Issues
when i try and link my Xbox account to my EA account i keep getting this message in the image bellow. I have no idea what to do as i never have gotten the option for cross progression

This is not related to cross progression, just regular account linking.
This is just letting you know that an Xbox account has been linked to this EA account previously, so you won't be able to link a different Xbox account to the same EA account.
Each EA account can only have one account from each platform linked over its lifetime.
There's a bit more information about this situation in the link above, but ultimately it means you'll need to link your Xbox account to an EA account that's never had another Xbox linked previously.
