Cross-Progression Pop-Up but didnt receive anything

So I just received the Notification that I received Cross-Progression. However, after pressing continue, the screen that it is loading disappeared quickly. Also, I didn't receive the Second Pop-Up. I have my Steam account(higher level) and my Playstation 4 account connected. And did connect them even before the First Wave of Cross-Progression hit, right after the first announcement that it would come in the next season. So there wasn't any "spam" unlinking and linking. Please I need help. I had so many skins and stuff on my PS4 account that I didn't want to lose.

Hi @sheluvpa1n

To confirm on your EA account you have Steam and PSN linked, but don't see any skins from your PSN on your Steam platform?

If so, to check was the PSN linked to an older (original) EA account before being linked to its current one?

If that is the case your items, skins, etc are stored at an EA account level and would be on your original EA account the PSN was linked to. To attempt to get those items back you would need to relink the PSN account to its original EA account.

Apologies to confirm you are currently missing skins and other items from your PS4 platform.

If so, to check was it ever linked to an older/original EA account prior to the one it is currently linked to?

If so, progress is stored on the EA account level, not individual platforms like Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, etc.

@EA_Illium I checked my PS4 account... My PS4 now has the progress of my steam account and all skins I had on my PS4 are gone ... I spend like 50€ in total on that account and everything is gone now

@ItsxXCrankXx Your solution is uninstalling and finding another game. Cross progression has literally broken the community into shambles with no solutions or fixes. Sad but exciting so many more things to experience and play. Every good thing comes to and end and it seems like its Apex time.

@EA_Illium but you are saying, that if my PS4 account was connected to another ea account before, my progress can't be transfered to my steam account? I even connected the PS4 to the steam account before the new season hit, as soon as the trailer said that cross progression would be coming

To confirm which skins and items are gone? Some skins are not eligible as they are platform-specific.

Another issue might be if you unlinked the PSN account from an older EA account. As progress is stored on the EA account level, not individual platforms like Steam, Xbox, PlayStation, Switch, etc.

My PS4 platform was linked to my Steam account. I received the cross-progression pop-up to find out I don't have any skins or heirloom on my Steam account. Are they slowly going to show up or are they just gone from existence?
