Cross Progression Prompt but nothing changed

Hi @ordinity 

Thanks for the additional information, to confirm did you have the Xbox account linked and played on before Oct 26th? 

If nothing came over with Cross Progression, this would indicate it may not have been eligible.

I don't understand, what do you mean it isn't eligible? As stated by the EA rules or what not, it says that the only things that wouldn't be carried over are the Xbox Founder's Edition and Xbox Gold Items, neither of which are my account levels, unlocked legends, or cosmetics such as skins, heirlooms, etc. None of this is making any sense to me. Furthermore, literally NOTHING was brought over from my Xbox account. My low level PC account overwrote my Xbox data, meaning I lost everything. When the cross-progression prompt came up on my screen on my PC, it didn't give me the 2nd prompt that shows what accounts are merging and where. It just automatically made my PC account the main, which makes no sense considering the CP makes the highest level account the main. What should I do?

    This is literally happening to me right now!!! My Xbox account (Level 400+) was overwritten by my level 15 PC account. M y heirlooms, skins, coins, badges, levels, all gone! I am so livid!! No  EA articles help, there's no way to email them/ chat, and I cannot figure it out. Everything has been linked together for months, my EA is connected to Xbox, steam, etc., and so are my Xbox to them. I do not understand! I got the prompt for cross progression and then nothing.

      Just saying, your situation sounds quite different (and potentially much worse) than mine

      I HAVE NOT LOST ANY CONTENT

      My accounts just did not link when I got the Cross Progression prompt. I would suggest you attempt to create your own thread to address your situation

        @ChallengerDeepVI Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but it looks like this is working as designed, and that in your situation the accounts were never mergable.

        From the info it looks like your PS account is on one EA account and your Steam account is on another EA account. Linking and relinking will not affect this.


        @PolarMare Your post doesn't have quite the same amount of detail, but it looks like the same situation. Even if you changed linked accounts long ago, the original content that was on the original linked EA/XBOX accounts does not transfer.
