Cross progression Steam and PS

Hi, I have 2 accounts on steam(140 lvl) and PS(400+lvl). After message about cross progression, my PS account was deleted. All skins, all coins are missed. Why is my steam account became main, if steam acc has 140 lvl but PS acc has 400+ lvl, but I have only 140+ on all the platform. I have lost all my proggres and money? But as you said,the main acc will be with higher lvl but it didn't work. What should I do then?
