Cross progression very unfair
Really sad about how i literally cannot merge my playstation and steam accounts. Respawn should really have this separate case of players who relinked their accounts and immediately became ineligible for the merge... Im really depressed that the one thing ive been praying for and hoping it comes to apex is finally here but i am not eligible for it since i had 2 separate ea accounts and tried to relink. Respawn, please if you see this, make a separate case for people who didnt know any better because it was not announced properly. There should have been a devstream or a video about DO's and DONT's about cross progression weeks before it rolled out. I had all my memories in my old playstation account and so much progress i wish i could transfer to pc. Respawn please, if you see this, i would reallly really appreciate a response through email or under this post. PLEASE. HELP. ME. OUT.

Cross Progression was never intended to allow different EA accounts to be merged, so there was no deadline missed that would have affected things in your case, fortunately.
Unlinking a platform from your EA account has always resulted in a loss of progress which is why you'll see a warning pop-up when going through this process. This is unrelated to Cross Progression.
There is not a way to combine or transfer progress from two separate EA accounts, however if you had unlinked a platform and lost your progress, you can try re-linking the platform to its original EA account to have that progress restored.
