Crosshair damage feedback on even when i turn it off

So as the title says, the crosshair damage feedback is always on and i cant get rid of it for some reason even thou in the options its set to off. Does anyone have or has had the same issue? Any solu...

Which platform do you play the game on? Have you tried repairing the game (right-click on the game in Origin for PC users) or reinstalled it? (Not ideal, but just checking!)
