Cannot get into us east servers, can't get into friends lobbies

about two days ago me and my fiancé started having issues with the us east servers. it would tell us the servers were down and it couldn't connect and to check out internet. our internet has been fine and every other game worked. we restarted our whole ps5s and nothing helped. we couldn't get into the game. we switched to us central to see if that helped and we could get into the game but couldn't get into the same lobby. if we managed to, it would load one of us into the game and leave the other in the lobby. the game has been literally unplayable for the last 48hrs and i haven't heard A PEEP from the devs... getting really frustrated because i didn't even get to finish out my ranked ladder before this happened.

    I'm having the SAME EXACT issue with my friend, whenever I try to join my friend it completely glitches out and vise versa, whenever we somehow MANAGE to get into the same party it doesn't show the other person readys up and if we do at the same time it completely disbands the party or leaves the other in the lobby, sometimes we can't even join each other and it says party 0/ 0 whenever we try... I JUST WANNA PLAY RANKED WITH MY FRIEND... I hope it gets fixed with this patch coming up or something.. been trying for the last 2 days or so

    Same exact issue here!!  I use a PS5 and my brother uses PC, we are experiencing the exact issue above. My sons are experiencing it as well, one son uses XBox S, the other on PS5, they are able to get into games together sometimes, not often, but way more often than me and my brother. We all get exact issue stated above.  I'm also experiencing a 'pre-processing' message when trying to queue up just myself.

    Same issue. It’ll let me play solo sometimes but I cannot play with friends. But my Xbox friends can play no problem. It’s just me on ps5

    In case you guys haven't had any luck, I did restore license and a flush DNS on my internet connection on my PS5 which has seemed to remedy the problem.

    Restore license: Settings>Users and Accounts>Other>Restore Licenses

    Flush DNS: Settings>Network>Set Up Internet Connection>Highlight connected Wi-Fi or LAN and press options button>Advanced Settings>DNS Settings>Manual>Primary DNS: 8.8.8.8/Secondary DNS: 8.4.4.8

    As an FYI, I had also previously cleared my cache and rebuilt database on my PS5 which can be done by booting up in Safe mode. These didn't offer much change for me but these can also be options to try.
