"any key input"+mouse movement = games goes bananas pls help

So whenever i run and move my mouse the games just goes bananas, i have tried every polling rate,re-install drivers+game even verified cache tried with game mode and without, fullscreen-optimization w/e nothing is working after the update that was pushed its just unplayable anyone know what can be the issue i dont even drop frames when the stutter happens aswell Gpu+cpu is not overworked either
