Crossplay NOT working

^just adding to this^ I have the same issue but none of my friends from other consoles are showing up in my friends list and it says i have them as friends when i search them up. I also have searched my settings thoroughly multiple times and cannot find any cross play settings. ive restarted the game several time and even deleted and redownloaded the game and this did not resolve the issue. any help would be appreciated.
