Custom Crosshair with Reshade, Looking For Official Response.

Hey guys, came across this video and would like a community manager to reply to this/official response since no one wants to be banned doing something they're not supposed to. What happens is that the guy in the video explains how to get a custom crosshair with reshade. While Reshade is a whitelisted program on Easy Anticheat website, it doesn't listen which versions. In addition, the user changed a file name and added the shaders folder into the apex folder. I want to know if this is bannable.
