Customer for years, yet terrible service.
I had a problem a couple weeks ago, where one of my legendary weapon skins was just gone. I've had it for years, and it just vanished. I contacted EA and they claim that they couldn't find it, and closed my case with no resolve. I have spent a lot of this game over the years, and that they just blew it off was very upsetting. They told me to contact Xbox
I contacted Xbox and they said it was an EA issue. Xbox refunded my last 3 purchases. I went back into the game, and they put my account at -2000 Apex coins. I have opened several tickets which they close and write "No fix" or "resolved" when it never was. There is no contact number for them, and it's by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I'm considering just dropping all EA titles. I'm also filing a complaint with the BBB and have left a negative review about it.
How do I get my coins out of a negative amount?
