Data Center: Downloading… 0

Hello I’m from Philippines, I’m using PC, I’ve encountered a problem that anyone here encountered, I’ve been reading the past comments it seems redownloading and other stuff does’t work but last two days it was perfectly fine this my first encountering this problem ever since I played apex, Are there any solutions to fix this as soon as possible at the same time I don’t really want to lose my data in apex since I’ve spent a lot of money on this game, I hope there is a solution in fixing this.
