Data center: downloading...404

I am trying to log-in and I am getting a 404. I have reset PS4 several times, closed the game several times and checked internet several times and continue to get message. Please help.

I’ve tried changing the DNS but still not woriking what am i supposed to do now? Please help i’ve been trying to figure this out for a whole day?
