Data Center info gathering thread.

Hi, we're seeing some players reporting that they appear to be assigned to an incorrect data center, experiencing high in-game latency, and who are reporting players from other regions in their games...

Im on a sony ps4 and it seems as if im being put in the wrong data center automatically, when i check the data center i end up being put in salt lake city even when the data center closer to me (viginia, South Carolina ) have less ping and packet loss. At the same time even when i change the data center before i log in i still experience severe latency and connection issues lag skips frame and frame drops, ive called my ISP and have had my router reset twice but it still seems to be laggy
