Data Center info gathering thread.

Hi, we're seeing some players reporting that they appear to be assigned to an incorrect data center, experiencing high in-game latency, and who are reporting players from other regions in their games...

Standard server selected is fine, NL & Be servers are fine

I only suffer from very high packet loss that make's the game less enjoyable.

EDIT: today i didn't have the red clock symbol but datacenter still look like this
