Detected Data Mismatch, After Steam account disconnection and reconnection

Today, I was moving around my accounts because on my old account, I had a whole bunch of important things, however, this was about a year and a half ago on Xbox. Now that I moved it over to P.C, disconnected the current account I was playing on and then connected my steam to the old one, I try to play, and I get Detected Data Mismatch. The furthest I have gotten is to the opening little movie, however even after that it doesn't work. I've tried to flush my DNS, validate files, create a new game save, and reinstall, and so far, no luck. I really don't want the only solution have to be make a new profile on my P.C just for apex due to storage space restrictions, along with personal preference. Can anyone provide any insight into this problem? Or do I just forget about my old stuff and cut my losses? Thanks for the help, all of you.
