Did not receive apex coins

I purchased $60 worth of apex coins through steam  and have not received them yet. I was charged by steam to my bank and that transaction went through. Then Apex took the money out of my steam wallet...

Good to see almost FOUR years later we are all still having this issue. bought coins last night through steam and didnt get any of them 🙂

    Having the same issue. Customer support isnt even worth contacting either. Useless company.

      Is there even customer support? Couldn't tell since all it is automated bs. Multiple cases and they wont do jack, Failure of a company really.

    @AdmrlSalty Did ya find a solution for this issue same thing for me and I waited the full 24 hours as well
