Did not receive apex coins
I purchased $60 worth of apex coins through steam and have not received them yet. I was charged by steam to my bank and that transaction went through. Then Apex took the money out of my steam wallet so there is no issue with waiting on a pending purchase. EA support only sent me an automated email in response to my ticket with the same guide they have online with all the information that I have already tried. I restarted the game, my pc, I waited hours, I checked the status of the game and it has been fine, I opened the game through the EA app, I only have one EA and apex account so there I am not sending the coins to the wrong account. I opened a ticket with proof of purchase attached and only received a useless response of stuff that I already tried I know that if I even get a response here it will be to try all the same stuff then open a ticket but I already have done that please offer me some other new avenue to receive what I paid for. Not providing me what I paid real money for is a scam EA.
Edit: I have purchased coins in the exact same way before and I had no issues so I know that it should have worked
