Didn’t receive my deserved 3k solo badge

I decided to play solos April 13, 2025, playing a game as pathfinder and finishing with around 3,100 damage, which should award me with the badge but did not, is there any known way of fixing this, please get EA to fix this they are already doing very good at fixing quality of life and I really would love to show off that badge. Here is the image/picture of my 3k game.
