Missing ps plus packs?

Is anyone else missing their ps plus packs when they transferred from the ps4 version of the game to the ps5 version? Because I’m missing all of them and I’ve been talking to ea support about it for a week or two now and that’s a really annoying process I mean just different people picking my case up and so many emails from all of them just telling me to repeat the same stuff over and over again just for them to tell me to submit my stuff to the forums because they can’t help me? I’m pretty sure it’s just a transfer issue right? Im just a little annoyed that after the time I spent checking my emails and replying back almost repeating myself over 50 times and being super patient and understanding even to being able to get into a 1 on 1 chat with a helper at 3am im told they can’t help and they close my case. I just want my “deep blue” bloodhound skin back (and the time I spent dealing with ea support) im really thankful that they talked with me and stuff im just really disappointed after all this time nothing came from it so if anyone has a fix for this or maybe someone more helpful at ea will see this please help it’s literally the only bloodhound skin I wear and I swear I will wear the default for the rest of apex’s life if I have too. thank you
