Didn't cheat banned for cheating robbed of money

Posted yesterday but i'm gonna do it everyday tbh until I get my two accounts back.
Live chat everyday, Call everyday, post on forums everyday.

I didn't cheat, I didn't break ToS, and my neither of my accounts were compromised because I had the dude on live chat check it (btw he messed up the accelerated case and put it under xbox one instead of pc lol what a joke dude could hardly understand what I was explaining).

False Positive by easy anti cheat or some type of bug. On my original account I even sent in software that the easy anti cheat could of false flagged and made their job easier but still no reply. I've gotten tons of replies on my other account though and like 4 different times asking for verification which I satisfied each time.

Actually a joke, I didn't cheat, and as far as I see it atm, EA as robbed me of my hard earned money. Nothing more, nothing else. Actually more, it's insulting that I get banned for cheating when I don't cheat. Waste of time, what a joke. Paragraphs after Paragraphs. No response but please verify your email, which I do. Over and Over.

Unban both of my accounts now i'm already in contact with some streamers and requesting they talk about it on stream. Because it's not just me, this is documented well as an issue.

Remove my hardware ban and unban both of my accounts rn pls :D

I don't even really play this game, but how rediculous is it to ban someone that isn't cheating. I'm immortal on valorant play everyday and vanguard doesn't detect anything LOL.

Please keep in mind that using a software to gain advantage is cheating.
Exploiting the game in anyway (use a glitch, gain access to areas you not suppose to reach and more) is a way of cheating.
And sometimes using 3rd party softwares could be seen as cheating even if they claim that they are "following the T&C".

I had the same in past, i was writing tons of messages even to hideouts and after 3 months i made new account.

i got banned becouse i paid for 3rd party bundles , not from offcicial store.
u sure u didnt play with some cheaters? Ususaly people get ban becouse of that

I can read you are frustrated about your account being locked but spamming support and forum and even contact a streamer isn't the way to solve this issue.
It sounds like you got hit by an HWID ban as this will ban accounts linked to your hardware identification code.

Also, don't try to put your email on the forums. The forums are a public place and you don't want to throw any personal information on it.

lol no I hardly ever touched the game I had to reinstall it whenever my friends wanted to play as I don't like battle royals.
Ranked Arena's came out I did placements (on main) took a week break came back cus my friend wanted to play, won 4 matches had a 5th we were down 0-2 about to lose and I clutch up with a wingman then I get kicked out and it says i'm banned.
Never played with cheaters, always top frag in the arena game mode most damage because I have good aim, but my BR k/d is like .60 from the little bit that I played it I am absolutely horrible at the loot/landing and I have hardly any time in the BR mode.

But my main account got an automated response from my ticket saying their action taken was the correct one... lol.
I sent log info I took which I also sent to easy anti cheat to look at, I sent files which may have flagged easy anti cheat (weird how nothing on my pc flags vanguard tho?). I gave up everything I could give them as proof or evidence to work towards my side (despite me being innocent) that I did not cheat in Apex or break ToS in anyway shape or form. All for a game I hardly play.
I just wanted to grind some Ranked Arenas man Nick Mercs and all them coming to the game and my friend wanting to grind it got me in the mood for actually giving the game a go.
But apparently they don't want me too, so whatever.
Just wish I didn't spend $60 on this account thinking I'd be fine since ya know I didn't cheat!
