Hey all
Sometimes there is a syncing issue and then coins aren't given directly to the user's account but after re-logging or in rare cases coins don't appear for the user.
Coins should appear within 24 hours of buying / redeeming the content.
If you haven't received the coins after 24 hours.
You can contact an EA advisor and they will look into this case.

Select Apex Legends, then the platform you are using.
Here you will find the missing content and then Never received content
Now select the contact method you prefer and an advisor will assist you with your problem.
so its been 24 hours and my coins are still MIA. EA support is still giving the same useless response "its a known issue and we are working on it and you just need to be patient". Any suggestions on how to fix this? I would have thought that the best resolution would be to take care of the customer immediately by giving them a 1000 or 2000 coin code to they get take care of as soon as possible and then the "tech team" has all the time they need to resolve the issue.
