DirectX 11.0 required but i've got DirectX 12?

I have tried a million different things so far and cannot find a solution. When I attempt to run the game it does the loading screen, then moments after the loading screen closes I get the same mes...

@TGF_TACOS_Bad Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

DirectX has backward compatibility. Odd error message.

@EA_Atic Thank you for the help, but I discovered my computer doesn't meet minimum requirements. It just kept saying Direct X 11.0 is required for this app, so I assumed it was the issue.
