Disabled crossplay
Hello.
When I tried playing with some friends who were on PC, while I'm on Xbox, I had issues trying to join their party in apex legends. I looked in my settings to find out that crossplay was disabled, but I couldn't change it. I would like to know how to enable it.
- @THEMrCoLALA Something may not be allowing you to access the settings. To check have you made any changes to the privacy setting on your Xbox account or are you on a child account?
If not can you clear your console cache and see if it continues?
Persistent Storage
1. Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
2. Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
Alternate Mac:
1. Go to settings > Select General > Then Network settings
2. Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
3. Select restart
