displayname field missing from registry

a window with this text popped upp when I started origin displayname field missing from registry, and I just clicked cancel and now all my data is gone on apex and origin please help!

    Have you tried to repair the game/reinstall?
    You might also wanna verify that your drivers and OS are all up-to-date.
    If the issue remains after this, do a clean boot to see if any programs might interfere with Origin.
