Do I use Steam username or Origin for Reporting?

Hello

I had just been playing ranked on the Steam version of Apex Legends and got banned. I did not use any cheating software or application. I would like to report to EA about the issue but I'm not sure whether I should use my EA username or my Steam username to report. Which do I use?

    Hey @qnraziel 

    We would be unable to investigate or share information if an account was banned on the forums. You would want to submit a ticket with our Terms Of Service team in order for them to investigate this, please keep in mind they try to reach out after 72 hrs but may take longer.  Also please be sure to not post personal information on the forums as these are public forums anyone can access.

    @qnraziel If you have been banned and which to dispute the ban for any reason you will need to reach out to our TOS team for them to further investigate this issue. When creating a ticket you will use your EA Account information (you can sign into the help site with your EA Account)_and can begin the dispute process with the information above.

    That does not answer my question. My question is should I use my Steam username or Origin username to Report to EA because I play Apex Legends on Steam...

    @qnraziel CAn you clarify what you mean by a report to EA? Are you referring to a form you are trying to fill out? When contacting EA Help or filling out a Form with EA you would want to use your EA Account information, since other Platforms will link back to your EA Account when playing an EA Game.
