Respawn acknowledged this bug on their twitter page like a week ago and said that they’re working on a solution which is cool but no idea when that’ll come. EA help is mostly bots and is honestly incredibly frustrating. I’ve made two tickets about this issue and they just told me to wait for cross progression. It’s all a disaster I truly love the game but Respawn and EA just make things impossible for their customers. I just wish EA help would allow you to call and speak to an actual person but instead you just get bots.
All I wanted to know from EA support was whether or not cross progression would fixed this bug, or if I messed up, but it was definitely a bot spouting the same thing back to me over and over. I don't have twitter, so I wish they' would have sent an email or something about this bug ☹️
