Does Apex Legends use P2P?
There is a security gateway with network IPS feature that blocks P2P traffic in my home. However, when playing Apex Legends with PC on the Taiwan server, I sometimes encounter a block on "ET P2P Edonkey Search Request (search by name)" about once a week. This forces me to leave the game immediately.
Does Apex Legends use P2P? Also, is there any fixed IP list or for appending those IPs to whitelist?

From what I've heard, Apex doesn't use P2P so I'm not sure why you're getting this warning.
As far I'm aware there isn't a "fixed list" that has been published, though if I'm correct you can find some of the IP's in the temporarily generated netcfg file that can be found in this directory: %userprofile%\saved games\respawn\apex\assets\temp\
