Ban overturn in Apex but still can't play

They then advise securing your EA account and shared these links to help you out with that:

Give those steps a go and see if that helps you get back online.

I tried, it still says that I'm banned from Apex Legends. I reset my password, enabled login verifications, and updated my EA account information. I thought that maybe I would go and send a ticket from the link they sent, it was related to having a false ban or suspension on my account and wanting to remove it, and it told me to check my Ban History, and so I did. But I found nothing that related to Apex Legends that lasted until now; I only had one suspension on my account but it lasted until last year, and was closed. What do I do now? Should I just tell them I should be unbanned because It says I have no bans shown in my Ban History that is related to Apex Legends?

hello sorry i actually completely forgot about this and never played apex again for 3 years and now im trying to play again and the false ban is still here. how do i get my account unbanned? i think the ban overturn has expired

If you have a ban on your account, you'll need to reach back out to have the Terms of Service team take another look at the situation. It sounds like you may have done this in the past, but the one currently appearing on the account was implemented after your previous posts.
