does battlepass carry over with cross progression in apex legends
if i buy the battlepass will it go to both accounts if i merge them in apex legends

Once the accounts merge in Apex the BP will be available on both. You will just have to wait until you get the in game merge notification/pop up screen.
My Battle Pass didn't transfer?
